What does CareHere Cost?
CareHere charges (1) a monthly program fee plus (2) all other costs "at cost with no markup" including:
- professional medical (doctor) fees
- medications
- equipment
- supplies
- lab/testing procedures
The employer provides the onsite clinical space and any improvements.
Program Fees are priced per employee per month (PEPM) for employees covered under the health plan. There is no additional program charge for dependents and dependents are encouraged to participate. Program fees also include a Health Risk Assessment for each employee.
Program fees and all other costs compare favorably to most employer's current primary care cost (office visits and labs).
CareHere will provide a proposal after receiving information in a Prospect Data Collection Form. Our proposal will include detailed first year cost and projected savings and three-year projected cost and savings.
